Rebecca’s practice supports schools in the design, review and validation of curricula and assessment, alongside the development of assessment literacy
Work is grounded in research and informed by experience across a wide range of educational settings, with a focus on ensuring validity, fairness and consistency
Recent engagements have included the design and development of:
Super-curricular and enrichment programmes
Academic extension pathways for high-attaining students
Transition curricula across key educational stages
Engagements may also extend to school-wide university admissions advisory, ensuring alignment between assessment and post-18 pathways, particularly in relation to student decision-making and preparedness. This work is informed by Rebecca’s postgraduate research, which examined how university admissions, as a form of assessment, shape student motivation, self-efficacy and aspiration.
All work is delivered with discretion and continuity, carefully aligned to the needs, context and priorities of each school, with scope for implementation support where appropriate.

Contact“I had the great pleasure of working closely with Rebecca during her time at CATALYST by Winchester College. Our work together remains among the most intellectually rewarding of my career. Rebecca combined deep subject matter knowledge across the sciences, mathematics, and the humanities with pedagogical and developmental expertise and skills.
Together, we developed foundational elements of the CATALYST academic programme, including a problem-solving framework designed to teach young people how to test their ideas, build agency, and make meaningful change in the world. Rebecca's contribution to that work was substantive and lasting. She also facilitated courses, with both passion and rigour, always driven by a desire to bring out the best in her students.
What I admire most about Rebecca is her capacity to act as a true thought partner: to scrutinise ideas constructively, to test assumptions against frameworks, and to be creative about solutions. I recommend her unreservedly to any organisation seeking an educator and consultant of the very highest calibre.”
